When the wives of Lord Brahma, Vishnu and Mahesh came to know about this power, they asked their husband to take the examination of the goddess of the disciple Anusuya to the religion of Parthivrat. At that time sage Atri had gone to the Himalaya to practice penance. When Brahma, Vishnu and Mahesh reached the ashram of the sage in the presence of a sadhu and put a voice to ask for alms. At that time the goddess Devshu was bathing. The three asked them to come out and begging them in the same form. Where it was unrighteous to return without giving a beggar to the Brahmins, at that stage, Parivarva's face would have been dissolved after the presence of Paruprush in such a state.
