Bhuj is a city in the province of Gujarat, western India. It's known for its hundreds of years old structures, a significant number of which were harmed in a 2001 seismic tremor. Near Harmirsar Lake, the eighteenth century Aina Mahal royal residence is intricately adorned with ceiling fixtures, mirrors and semi-valuable stones. Adjacent, the Italian Gothic– style Prag Mahal royal residence has a ringer tower that sits above the city, and a yard containing a Hindu sanctuary.
