Kuari Pass Trek

Kuari Pass Trek is a very popular trek of the Himalayas in the winter season because it is the only trekkable Himalay mountain pass in winter. It is the best place to see the conversion of the Bhagirathi & Alaknanda tributaries at the Devpraya, Uttarakhand. Normally Kuari Pass temperature lies between 10 to 18 Celcius and it drops -3 Celcius in the evening. Karchi and Tugashi are small villages at the starting of the trek.

Kuari Pass Trek Itinerary - 4 Nights/5 Days

Day 1: Arrival at Joshimath from Rishikesh / Haridwar.

Morning, our driver meet you at Haridwar/Rishikesh Railway Station or Bus Stand and drive for Joshimath. Overnight in swiss camp.

Day 2: Joshimath to Karchi Tugashi village

Next Morning, We start driver for Karachi Tugashi Village i.e is 1 hours journey after it, trek starts for Taali forest which is approx 6 km trek. Stay at the tent for a night stay & rest.

Day 3: Tali Forest to Kuari pass trek

The morning after taking breakfast, Trek stats for Kuari Pass from Tail Forest, and come back to Tali and it is approx 10 km trekking. Overnight stay in Tent, Tali Forest.

Day 4: Tali forest to Auli via tali Lake. to Joshimath

The next morning, Reach Auli via Tali Lake i.e is 9 km far and after this drive for Joshimath which is 8 km from here. Stay in Swiss Camp for rest & overnight stay.

Day 5. Joshimath to Haridwar/Rishikesh

After check out & Morning breakfast, the driver for Haridwar/Rishikesh. It is approx 9 hours journey.
